• The furniture has not been subject to overloading

• The Guarantee is non-transferable

• The fitted furniture has not been tampered with by any other persons

• All repair work must be carried out by a Fineline appointee only

The guarantee does not cover the items listed below:

• Any damage caused by natural wear and tear.

• Natural colour fading caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

• Movement of wardrobe infill or worktop caused by natural movement of the house’s structure for installations over 30 days old. This also includes settlement of furniture if fitted on top of carpet.

• Electrical and light fittings, bulbs, mirrors and glass.

• Accidental damage caused because of an unexpected and non-deliberate action

The Fitting of your Fineline furniture:

A 12 months’ guarantee is covered by your recommended fitter.

Please note: After the first 12 months, any work regarding installation issues, will incur a charge (to be advised at the point in time).

Foil Doors

For product cleaning only use a 5% water (liquid soap) solution, wiping with a damp (not wet) cloth, finally dry with a soft clean cloth. Dust with a soft cloth only. Do not use wax-furniture polish, abrasive or aggressive cleaners, bleach or other hypochlorite (chlorine) based cleaners, multi-purpose cleaners, dilutes, acetone, alcohol, solvent or similar products on the door as this will damage the surface.

Vinyl Doors

For product cleaning only use a 5% water (liquid soap) solution, wiping with a damp (not wet) cloth, finally dry with a soft clean cloth. Dust with a soft cloth only.
