Porter in Matt Graphite

Initial design stage was great. Very helpful and took the time to understand our vision. Quality product and a fair price. Very pleased with the end product.

  • Completed in Lytham, St. Anne’s, this unique project was fantastic to work on. Our lovely couple knew they wanted an industrial feel to their new Kitchen from the start. Our award-winning designer played around with various ideas of how to best achieve this, the end product definitely hits the Kitchen design brief!

Our customers visited other high street retailors but they weren’t able to match Fineline Interior’s design skills. They loved our designers attention to detail and the time he took to incorporate unique elements, such as LED trim lights and a brick feature wall. As keen cooks, our customers love the fact that the Kitchen is designed with cooking in mind. The long island looks luxurious and offers a breakfast bar dining option as well.

This industrial look was achieved using PWS graphite matt doors, Dekton worktops in Trilium, and appliances with a gun mental finish. This project truly represents a modern Kitchen design. Something completely bespoke and out of the ordinary. We have used this project across much of our marketing material to really showcase what Fineline Interiors can do.

At Fineline Interiors we’re not afraid to push boundaries when it comes to modern Kitchen design. We work with a range of well known Kitchen suppliers to bring a customers vision to life. That’s why we won Neff 5 Star Master Partner award in 2017, the highest accolade that Neff have.

  • When I think of industrial styles I always think of dark colours, metals and brick. Easy enough as an idea, but bringing it into reality was challenging. We had to ensure the kitchen was still inviting and not too harsh or cold.

The Porter H-Line in Graphite was the perfect style and colour, now to find the right worktop. The Dekton Trilium was the perfect worktop to compliment the effect we wanted to achieve, and it looks fantastic.

Then came the idea to leave the steelwork exposed but to have it painted to be the same colour as the kitchen, and to add a feature wall to incorporate that brick feel. We played around with some different options, including making the whole sink wall brick, and having the nib painted as well. I think the combination we decided on works perfectly.

The finishing touches like the gunmetal wine cooler, sink and tap also really add to the whole theme. The lighting around the island and the industrial ‘pipe’ light fittings also really compliment the look and helped us achieve the brief we started out with.
